Ahhh — Kneipp Herbal Bath Oils
By Lily
Today was a tough day. I had a complex chemistry lab and my partner was just as lost as me, so we struggled through our 3 hour class as best as we could…Have I mentioned that I hate Chemistry? Unfortunately my degree requires one Chemistry class, so I have to deal with it.
About half-way through my class today, I remembered that Jamie had been given wonderful bath oil from her family in Germany. This stuff is great. The moment I got home from my class today, I headed directly for the tub to soak in some Lavender Kneipp Herbal Bath Oil
After about an hour I was forced out of the only bathroom we have, but that hour was very stress relieving and now my skin smells so good.
If you are stressed and need a way to unwind and relax, I suggest you try Kneip Herbal Bath Oils.
In case Lavender is not your cup of tea here are a few other suggestions:
- Eucalyptus — Sinus relief. Stimulates and helps clear the senses especially during the cold and flu season.
- Juniper — Muscle soother. Great for after a workout.
- Valerian & Hops — Relaxes for deep, restful sleep. Calms down after stress to improve sleep quality and release tension.
- Melissa — Relaxes and soothes. Reduces stress and calms to improve sleep quality.
